Adult Children of Narcissistic Parents Support Group

This online group will run every 2nd Saturday of the month starting September 12, 2025 until June 13, 2026.

A support group for adult children of narcissistic parents offering a safe, understanding space to share experiences, heal emotional wounds, and build healthy boundaries. This group fosters empowerment, resilience, and validation, helping individuals reclaim their identities and navigate challenging relationships with clarity and confidence.

You are not alone—healing is possible with support and understanding.

Open group welcoming new participants.

  • No commitment – attend as often as you can.

  • Every second Saturday of the month via Zoom.

  • $20 per person via e-transfer to blueonioncounselling@gmail.com after each group session.
